Outside Lube ​

Outside lubes are applied on the surface of the green tires. During the vulcanisation process the products will prevent knit-lines and other visual defects from appearing.

Inside Lubes

Inside tire lubes have been specially designed to coat the green tires with high quality inside paints. We offers both filled and unfilled inside tire paints.

The continuing trend to more complex geometry of tire shape, especially multi dimensional and re-entrant angles but also changing raw materials requires a more innovative solutions from the release agent. 

AntiTac Agent

Upon compounding, the need to store the sheets arises because compounding is a continuous process which processes hot material in sheet form with rubber compound having varying quality bases. These sheets need to be coated with a film which prevents sticking without affecting the rubber properties.

Cosmetic Tire Paint

The cosmetic tire paints are applied to the tire surface after vulcanization of the tire  and provide a matt or respectively a glossy finish​ to remove irregularities and markings. They can also be used on retreated tires for better finish.

Rim Lubricant 

​Rim lubricants are designed specially to ease the mounting to tire onto rim. The lube provides high slip effect to reduce the rim slip during tire inspection.

Bladder Coating Agent

Bladder releases are used in tire manufacturing as a start-up aid when new bladders are mounted to the press in the vulcanization department.
